Definitions:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
All of our BCBAs are licensed in the state of Minnesota, possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, completed a practicum providing applied behavior analysis services, and obtained a national certificate through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Our BCBAs excel in conducting participant assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision to Behavior Treatment Therapists and Behavior Technician staff.
Behavior Technician (BT):
Our skilled BTs play a crucial role by providing direct treatment, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, under the expert supervision of a BCBA.
Other Staff:
We also have Qualified Supervision Professionals who contribute their expertise and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
